• Thistle seek donations to repair vandalism damage

We were very disappointed to discover that our pavilion had been the subject of mindless vandalism over the weekend, leaving our club room window shattered. The window itself has stood the test of several wayward shots at goal over the years, so it’s made of tough stuff. It would have taken quite a deliberate effort to smash it. The matter has been reported to the police and we are assured that they will do what they can to catch the perpetrators.

In the mean time, we’ve had some great offers of help and support from fans, and people in the town, and on the back of one of their suggestions we have set up a JustGiving page where people can pledge money towards efforts to repair the damage. For any voluntary club or organisation, extra expenses like this put a big strain on funds and help from the community goes a long way. We are very grateful to everyone who has donated money to this cause so far.

The JustGiving page can be located here:
JustGiving - Tain Thistle FC
