Tain Thistle and Golspie Sutherland tied up loose ends in a fairly meaningless mid table fixture which saw neither team move up or down in the table. Golspie took a first half lead courtesy of a Shane Sutherland penalty, before Martyn Farquhar levelled for Thistle. Late goals from Kristof Mikula and Neil Stewart handed Golspie the points.<br /><br />In the only other game played on Wednesday night, Muir of Ord Rovers kept the pressure on Thurso with a 2-1 win over rival side Dingwall Thistle at Jubilee Park. Ewan Dance and Martin Callum gave the Pavilion Park men a 2-0 lead before Michael Manson netted for the home side in consolation.
