Dingwall U17s 2-1 Tain Juniors U17s
Tain Juniors' unbeaten start to their SWL Ross-shire Youth League campaign came to a halt last night as they were beaten 2-1 by rivals Dingwall.<br /><br />The Juniors were able to cancel out a Dingwall half time lead with a goal from Chris Gordon but were unable to prevent the home team from retaking their lead. Tain thought they had done enough to earn themselves a draw when Stuart Greenlees knocked the ball home but the referee on hand adjudged that the player was offside.<br /><br />Next week, Tain travel to Kirkhill to play Aird Athletic in the second meeting between the teams this season, this time on league business.
